Dr. Oluwadare Bioinformatics Lab is a pioneering force in developing advanced algorithms, computational methods, and relevant software tailored to efficiently address critical biological issues. Our holistic approach seamlessly integrates cutting-edge technologies, such as machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence (AI), to dissect vast biomedical datasets, providing profound insights into complex biological inquiries. Our research extends into the fascinating domains of 3D genome structure reconstruction and RNA splice site prediction.

In 3D genome structure reconstruction, we use cutting-edge techniques to unveil genome spatial organization, advancing understanding of chromatin architecture. Concurrently, our RNA splice site prediction expertise employs machine learning and AI to enhance accuracy, shedding light on gene expression regulation. Systematically processing vast  publicly available biomedical data, our goal is to provide innovative solutions to biological challenges, contributing to transformative breakthroughs in bioinformatics and the biological sciences.
